When should I travel in?

For those traveling in, plan to arrive Thursday, October 16th, for our evening welcome party. It’s a gorgeous fall in New England - so feel free to enjoy the full weekend while in town.

What should I wear?

For the Welcome Party at ECYC, think cocktail attire with a New England coastal twist—smart, stylish, and ready to toast the weekend by the water. This event will be indoors, with the deck open to enjoy views of the CT River.

The attire for the wedding is garden party formal + fun. We pulled together some style inspiration if you need ideas. The wedding will be outdoors in the gardens, so we recommend you opt for a block heel over a stiletto.

For our Saturday pickleball soirée, come comfortable and casual to lob on the court! Feel free to dress in your favorite sporty + stylish ensemble.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Yes, we have reserved a room block at the Springhill Suites - Cromwell, for a discounted rate - reservation link here! While a bit farther from the venue than other hotel options, it’s a reliable and well-priced choice for the area. This hotel will require your own transportation for wedding events.

Reservations must be made by 4PM on 9.16.2025 in order to guarantee the discounted rate.

Are kids invited?

We love all of your children but will be limiting those in attendance to wedding party and close family. We hope this allows you to have a fun parents night out! We are happy to provide information for babysitters in the area if needed.

Will there be options for dietary restrictions / allergies?

Yes! We’ll have several options for those requiring gluten-free and dairy-free fare. Please let us know if there are any accommodations needed.

Is Uber available in the area?

Yes, both Uber and Lyft are available. You can also call Essex Taxi Service at 860-767-7433 to prearrange pick-up and drop-off from any event.
